what is the direct path of the emulated storage on an i9100 running cm13?

unable to replace rom on i9100 due to inability to download files, have adb over wifi with root.
I have an i9100 with an experimental cm13 rom that lost access to the emulated sd card.
the usb port doesnt work for data anymore.
I have access to the device via adb over wifi including root.
I have cyanogenmod recovery so i can't flash zip from sdcard, only emulated.
what is the direct path I need to push a file to so i can flash it ?

Nandroid backup needed

Woudl anyone kindly give me a copy of your nandroid backup please? I have a corrupted file system. My /system/app and my /system/priv-app have both been combined together in /data/data. There are some other unique changes too. I don't even know how the phone can operate like this, but it works flawlessly. Unfortunately, I have been hacked and nothing works to get rid of it. If anyone has good adb command skills and can guide me, I'd be happy with that. My adb commands are not extended, and not of them work thus far. I want my phone back in good shape. As of now, there is a bootloader script that erases any changes upon boot.. I need help here. I keep asking, and I see dozens of you reading... but not one reply. Help would be nice. Lol

decision: new phone

Hello,
I have s3 international model for about 3 years now. I had a very satisfying experience with it considering the ROM and Kernel development and support
I am planning to change phones: in your advice which would be a good one

1. I am looking in 300-450 $ range ( I had purchased S3 for 28,000 INR)
2. I had looked into Nexus, HTC, and Sony but could not reach a definite conclusion
3. My typical usage is Whatsapp, FB, games like Swordigo, BeastQuest, etc, Browsing, youtube.... typical usage you know
4. A good development support is definitely needed as it extends phone's shelf life

[P715] "Slow charging" notification even when connected to wall charger?!?!

Hi everyone,
my Lg Optimus L7 II Dual P715 is having anothet problem. Since a week, whenever I connect my phone for charging in LG stock charger, a "Slow charging" notification shows up (which usually shows up only when it is connected to a computer. This problem only started a week back. I tried with other wall chargers & different USB cables, but the same notification every time, and it charges very slowly (10% in 1 hour)!!!
SO PLEASE HELP ME HERE.
