Help ! .. Samsung account on Note5 unable to sync

after updating my note to marshmallow, i noticed my Samsung account could not perform my notes sync, each time i sync it gives a message that could not sync now .... try again later ....

i did full factory reset and still have the same.


on the other Samsung tablet with the same Samsung account the s note is synced perfectly without any problem


any resolution ?
