Who can help me integrating a communication stack into Android and iOS?

I am searching for someone to help me for a long lasting project in the area of Industry based platforms. There is a C++ stack available covering the whole communication, which is based on the boost library. The stack is stable and Windows 7 and Ubuntu applications are working well on PC hardware and Raspberry PI with this stack. It would be nice, if this system could be used in applications running under Android and iOS. And for this I am searching someone who can help me.
