Sprint connection optimizer disappeared after marshmallow update?

The last I knew when I was on lollipop ,the option was under settings>mobile data> automatic connections. But I don't see the opt-in anymore and I don't see it in the apps section of the phone even under disabled apps. Someone please help me asap.
