Boeffla-Kernel vs lightning Kernel

Hi guys I'm use a oneplus-one with Resurrection remix ROM, (v5.6.9) and I have a question, which is better to my device and my software... I use sometimes Boeffla-Kernel and work very good but Lately I've heard a lot talking about lightning Kernel and I surje doubt, which is better?(explain) What are the differences between them ....
