How do I tell which baseband / firmware I'm on ? Want to flash ROM's

I have the T-Mobile ten, and I did the HTC dev unlock bootloader, and rooted the phone with TWRP. So I am ready to flash a ROM, but all the ROM's are warning me to be careful, make sure I'm on the latest European base of 1.30. But I have the T-Mobile U.S. phone, and I checked for updates, and not sure which version I have, where do I look for that ?

I assume in SETTINGS - ABOUT - SOFTWARE INFORMATION - Software number = 1.21.531.1 and Baseband version = 1.0.U010013@60331.3_41.13F
