How to remove android launcher permission?

How to remove android launcher permission?
As i have an app of cab service when it is installed it always popup launcher permision to select it default launcher when i select it as a default launcher then i can't use my mobile as normal then i have to boot my phone in safe mode and then unistall that app to use it normally if idont make it as a default launcher it wont allow me to use that cab service app.....:confused:

Is there any tweaks that i can do to remove this popup:(
