is the .tar for the stock marshmallow update out yet?

hey guys,
i wanted to update my s5 from pb1 to pd1 but i dont have root access and do not want to either(too lazy:p)so is the stock .tar available for me to update via odin?if yes please post the link. thanks in advance.
