Locked Out of Note 3, wifi, mobile data and debugging turned off

When my phone got stolen I locked it via Google's Android Device Manager and the Samsung website. It got returned to me and now it's locked. My pattern wont work, pin and back up pin wont work as well. Tried signing in via my google account but it's fruitless as phone's wifi and mobile data is turned off. USB debugging is turned off as well. Phone is rooted. When trying hard reset, I got locked by reactivation lock error message. Any help is greatly appreciated.
