Note 4 SM-N910G Firmware Risk?

Hey guys so after getting this DM Verity error I was thinking if it was possible my SM-N910G may be a different region even though I brought it from India so could be a Sri Lankan, Australian, Singapore or Bangladesh version, would it make a difference flashing one of those firmwares over instead?

and can they be inter swapped?

I've run out of options here, after trying all the different INU & INS versions with no luck in fixing that DM Verity Issue.
