OPO Stuck In Bootloop

So, i have a problem. I wanted to flash a new ROM to my OPO, Ressurection remix. I did everything, unlocked bootloader, installed TWRP and moved the ROM zip file and GAPPS to my phone. Then, when i wiped it, i think i wiped to much xD. TWRP says that I have no os installed and the ROM zip is missing from the phone memory. I have tried pushing the ROM from my pc, but the phone cant be recognized by my pc, when i type adb devices it doesnt list anything. I think its a driver problem. So what should I do? Im probably gonna go to my friend house later today and try on his computer.
