no network and not showing sim imei no. in my panasonic t 41

I flashed my Panasonic t41 by sp flashtoll and working write. But after some time I again use sp flashtol and formated my Panasonic t41 by this toll and then flash stock ROM .after power on it shows no network .only shows sim operator's name and shows no imei no.I flash several times but problem became same.anybody tell me what I do
