deleting system apps or disabling services bootloops on MM custom rom.

am using geisys rom h811 20i MM when i disable some services that i normally disabled on LP or if i wanted to run no gapps deleting google services gives me bootloop, disablings some services gives me bootloop. ? is this normal> is this rom related.? or thi is how MM works.? any workarounds .?
