I've been looking for an android head unit for my 2015 Forester (and from what I've seen there isn't alot of support for that :( ). However what I did find is this:
Smarty - Trend (sorry I can't link)
But I can't find anything about this company, reviews or any mention of their existence outside of their own website. So far my email to them on some questions has gone unanswered (its been just under a day), but was wondering if anybody had heard of them before and or had information about them or their products (are they rebadged Chinese units?)
