Question about chineese version of honor 5X (KIW-AL10) IMPORTANT PLZ

I want to buy this phone NEW from aliexpress , but they buy just chineese version :( KIW-AL10 , that's mean I can't install google play and services google , so I want to know if I have a issue to install this two importants applications , because I read in the net I can download google play apk and then install IT , others talking about vpn , but no one approuve if this methods work well or no
