forgotten screen lock password galaxy core prime SM_-G360T1

Hello i have a samsung galaxy core prime that i have forgotten the password and need not lose data. NO on the google account and adm. I have tried aroma file mngr zip unsuccessfully.i did at one time see a solution here with 7 different ways and i cant find it now. help out there? Root would be good also.Thank you
