so i bought a samsung note4 from a online company. long story short i tried to root it and it got stuck in a bootloop, i took it to a repair shop and they said they cantfix it cause they cant find the S/N, i told them that its behind the battery and they said its an invalid s/n, its too short, so i checked imei.info and it turns out that its a samsung galaxy s3, i checked multiple sites and all with the same results. and another problem with the phone was the menu button and return button, you would have to put pressure on itin order for it to work unlike other phones where a slight touch would trigger it.
what surprises me is that on the box it says SM-N910F and when i go on download mode it says SM-N910V and when i check imei its a samsung galaxy s3, with a whole different model number..........
Did i really get scammed or imei websites are fake?
