I have a Galaxy S5 for Verizon. The problem started with the phone having a "UNKNOWN" IMEI. I read a little bit about it and I tried to upgrade the firmware. The problem was fixed. I noticed that the phone did not connect to the computer sometimes but it usually went trough. But after a couple reboots, the phone was back to the "unknown IMEI". When I tried to do the reflashing, the phone did not connect at all with the computer nor with Odin. The phone could get charge by the USB port though. So I decided to change the charging/USB port. The phone still does not connect to Odin. Also the download mode does not have the phone information as it usually does on the left upper side of the phone screen (See attached picture). It seems that the problem was not the charging/USB port because the phone situation did not change one bit. The phone does not enter into Recovery mode. As of now, the phone does not pass the Samsung Screen. It is stuck on bootloops. Please help!
