SMSGear is an Open Source SMS Application for the Gear S3

XDA Senior Member jamesst20 has released an open source sample application that enables the Samsung Gear S3 can view/send SMS while connected to any Android device (not just a Samsung one). The developer encourages anyone to contribute to the project at the GitHub page located here.
