I use note II n7100 snapchat record just 3 sec video!

Hey , i like this OS much and i dont want to change it,
All my friends in Snapchat and i can't use recording video , i used old ver of snapchat it record but dont send "failed to send snap" i guess the problem in the camera app
please help cuz i want this OS
