Marshmallow for the DAV-701L. Is this real life??

I went today looking for my daily dose of disappointment looking for the update or any news of it, only to come across this.

Super hyped, i am only wondering can i flash this on a European DAV-701L?
It mentions somethins for a CUSTC which is not the same as mine but it IS a DAV-701L.

Your thoughts on this?
