[Help!] FC while access to Settings -> Additional settings -> Privacy

I'm using 'MIUI 7 Global 7.3.9 | Stable - Redmi Note 3 Pro' (MM, kenzo) and having FC of Settings application when trying to open Settings -> Additional settings -> Privacy tab. Please, help me to solve it!

P.S. Have clean install (e.g. all, but System is wiped).
